Would I benefit from coaching?

You will benefit from coaching if you answer yes
to any of the following questions

  • Do you have a mind that won't stop, an insatiable inner critic, and a strong sense of responsibility?

  • Are you triggered by and react to things done wrong or not the way you wanted?

  • Do you have a keen ability to read others, know how they perceive you, and how to influence their perception of you?

  • Is it hard to make decisions or choices?

  • Are you constantly busy and appreciate a challenge?

  • Is it hard to trust or connect with others?

  • Do you quickly fall head over heels?

  • Do people complain they never see you, that you seem uninterested in the relationship, or you're impossible to get close to?

  • Do you spend a significant amount of time thinking about your money—how much you either have or don't have?

  • As a rule, do you believe or act as though more is better?

A long-term client posed this question to invite and encourage others
to experience the benefits of coaching. Thank you, KT!
