Would I benefit from coaching?
You will benefit from coaching if you answer yes
to any of the following questions
Do you have a mind that won't stop, an insatiable inner critic, and a strong sense of responsibility?
Are you triggered by and react to things done wrong or not the way you wanted?
Do you have a keen ability to read others, know how they perceive you, and how to influence their perception of you?
Is it hard to make decisions or choices?
Are you constantly busy and appreciate a challenge?
Is it hard to trust or connect with others?
Do you quickly fall head over heels?
Do people complain they never see you, that you seem uninterested in the relationship, or you're impossible to get close to?
Do you spend a significant amount of time thinking about your money—how much you either have or don't have?
As a rule, do you believe or act as though more is better?
A long-term client posed this question to invite and encourage others
to experience the benefits of coaching. Thank you, KT!
