Calling Forth Greatness
Let’s imagine a world where we are:
Asking questions with sincere interest and curiosity vs. telling others what to do.
Championing the desires of others vs. needing to provide our unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or advice.
Honoring respect and confidentiality vs. judging or gossiping about others.
Being a committed listener vs. a distracted listener.
Expressing our point of view without attachment and allowing others to express theirs.
Calling forth the greatness in ourselves and each other, seeing one another as the sacred beings that we are.
These are guiding principles for coaching. Imagine a world where these are also the guiding principles for how to be in our relationships.
Each of these coaching wisdoms are designed to spark new insights and perspectives. I invite you to consider that these guiding principles are applicable in your everyday life. When you practice these principles, you will tap into your innate wisdom. You will call forth your own greatness and the greatness of others around you.
